Technologies
Injection Molding
Ace Industries has 5 in-house plastic injection molding machines with capabilities to run HDPE, PP, LD and PVC products; 24/6 manufacturing on the molding floor, and additional capacity when running multiple weekend shifts to deliver products quickly and efficiently. We have molding experts operating our machines, and they work hard to increase productivity and reduce down time.
Extrusion
At Ace Industries, we house 5 extrusion lines - 4 Twin screws and a single screw, 3 PVC mixers, with ample production capacities and room for expansion. We produce our compounds in-house, thus having the flexibility to tailor make our end products. We have experts when it comes to extrusion and have highly trained professionals who operate and monitor the production process. We currently produce flexible and rigid PVC profiles, covering diverse industry sectors.
Blending
We have a blending unit for Polyurethane and Acrylic products. We produce 2 component systems which are used to make some specialized products used in the construction industry. Our trained workers are experts in handling perfect mixes that transition into great end products.
